Melissa Mountain Massage at Big White offers mobile massage services. Due to the global pandemic, has had to make some changes so we all stay healthy and safe. Please make sure to read the new health protocols to know what to expect leading up to and during your appointment.
Pre-Screening
For your upcoming appointment, please confirm you are in good health and not showing any signs of Flu or Covid.
Melissa reserves the right and or respectfully decline or end your appointment if you are showing any symptoms of contagious illness, have been in close contact with anyone who is ill and have been advised to self-isolate.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.
Personal & Safety Precautions:
• Both practitioner and client will use hand sanitizer or hand washing before and after completing forms, set up and massage.
I ask that you provide an appropriate space to accommodate your appointment and if necessary, move any furniture or items before I arrive.
• Both practitioner and client will wear a face mask if required or for comfort.
Cloth and surgical masks may not protect the wearer from a virus because they do not form a tight seal with the face, but they can reduce the spread of the wearer’s respiratory to others. For that reason, I feel the above mentioned practices are beneficial to helping keep everyone’s health and safety. I will be entering the appointment location with a cloth or surgical mask already on.
• Surface disinfectant used before and after each massage.
• As always, clean, laundered linens are used for each massage.
• I will be monitoring and screening my own health daily and will cancel appointments if necessary.
